If you do not show up for your scheduled counseling appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. I find that this is the fairest way for us to respect each other's time.

The fee for a 60 minute individual counseling session is $90. Cash, check, credit card, or HSA cards are all accepted. The fee for a couples or family session is $110. Payment is always due at the time of service. I do not accept insurance at this time, and there are several reasons for this.

When insurance companies are involved, their needs and procedures often become the driving force of the counseling (i.e. a limited number of sessions they will cover), rather than what is in the best interest of you, my client. However, I do recommend that you contact your insurance company in advance to inquire about their out-of-network coverage, as many insurance companies will reimburse you for counseling services. I am more than happy to supply you with the form needed for reimbursement submission each month. This means there is not any paperwork for you to keep track of.
